W we will talk about our treasured Beppe “Panaio di Fiducia”. Beppe is originally from Sicily but he spent all his life in Tuscany, baking delicious bread and “schiacciate” for the local people. He firmly believes in the traditional way to bake bread, using ancient kinds of stone ground flours that contain less gluten and are much more healthy.
