Happy Sunday to you all! This morning we woke up here in Chianti seeing all white and shine around us, at night was very cold, and all the nearby fields have frosted, it’s a magic landscape! Frost for agriculture is very important and is considered a good friend by the farmers, because the cold and frost manages to kill all the possible molds and diseases that can attack the vines and olive trees.
