Let us introduce Niccolò, a great “vignaiolo” in Chianti Classico area. Niccolò firmly believes that a good Chianti Classico has to be obtained following the tradition, using only local grape varieties like Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino. He has an active role in the Slow Food Movement in order to preserve the authenticity of Chianti region. We are happy to share his same goals and philosophy!
