Figs are ripe here at Casa Montrogoli! We’ve collected many juicy and sweet figs, which we have served our guests garnished with ham, chestnut honey and rosemary. The sweet – salty combination of ham with figs is simply amazing, really worth to try! There is still some left, who’s coming to visit us in Chianti this weekend? 🙂
