The cold weather has arrived here in Chianti, it’s time to warm up with seasonal and genuine recipes! We have lots of “cavolo nero” ( = black cabbage) in our garden, and we’ve decided to prepare the so-called “winter pesto”, made of cavolo nero, pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and lots of delicious new olive oil.
