Olive Harvest, White Truffle and Fields of Gold- Mid October until the end of November
WHY
Immerse yourself in the magic atmosphere of the grape and olive harvest and in the stunning beauty of Tuscany in the Fall!
From late August until the beginning of October, you will be able to celebrate the unique event of the grape harvest. You will admire the stunning vineyards full of colorful grapes, smell the particular aromas of the must and of the fermenting wine, feel the energy of farmers who are at the height of their activities, be enchanted by their stories and finally taste their excellent wines, which perfectly express the land where they have grown. Starting from mid October until the whole month of November, we invite you to get involved in the olive harvest and the magic atmosphere you can breath in an oil mill during the harvest time. To be infected by the excitement of the old farmers who are waiting for the new olive oil coming out from the tank and to finally taste with them the first “fettunta” of the year, celebrating together this unique event. During the week you will be guided by our wonderful team and friends here in Chianti, who will introduce you to the most magical aspects of Tuscan culture. From pottery to cheese making, from wine tasting to pasta & pizza cooking, not missing walks in the main Tuscan villages and towns and once in a lifetime culinary and cultural experiences.
