A MESSAGE TO OUR GUESTS
The safety and well-being of our guests, staff, partners and our community at large are of the utmost importance to us at KM Zero Tours.

COVID-19 remains a significant global concern and we are vigilantly monitoring the local, national and international guidelines, including those from the World Health Organization and the Italian Institute of Health, to make sure we are fully in accordance and that the measures we take are as effective as possible.
Please know that we are focused on providing you with peace of mind when planning to visit us and on keeping you safe during your stay,  without compromising the quality of your experience here with us in our Tuscan countryside.

COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES & PRECAUTIONS
To ensure the safety and tranquility of our guests, staff and the rest of our community, we have adopted the following measures:

• Contactless online document scanning and sharing and payments by credit card
• Plenty of outdoor activities and family owned farm visits with spacious dining areas to respect social distancing;
• Small groups and private experiences 
• Visit to quiet small villages and hamlets, avoiding big crowds and busy areas and focusing on lesser known and more authentic places
• A local English- speaking guide escorting the group during the whole week and always at disposal for any help or assistance clients may need during their stay
• A kit that includes hand sanitizer and protective branded masks available for our guests
• Daily sanitization of the vans with particular attention on all parts most subject to contact (handles, chairs, etc.);
• Seats in our vans displayed accordingly to ensure social distancing
• Specialized training of our collaborators and staff to ensure knowledge and compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.

As the situation evolves, we will make any necessary modifications to these protocols based on updates from the World Health Organization (WHO), the CDC and the Italian Institute of Health.

• STAY WITH PEACE OF MIND IN THE TUSCAN COUNTRYSIDE

All the accommodations selected by us for your stay in Chianti are family owned small properties (max 5/6 rooms total) nestled in the Tuscan countryside with a vast amount of outdoor space for our guests to explore. All rooms and apartments are separated by a good deal of space providing privacy and the ability to practice proper social distancing, and all owners follow the hygiene and safety protocols requested.The communal outdoor areas include spacious terraces and gardens, and pool when present is surrounded by green areas for relaxing in the sunshine. 

• All producers and farmers we collaborate with embrace and support an organic and genuine lifestyle and approach to farming, offering private guided visit and farm to table lunches/tastings in a peaceful and safe environment. During our tours we include visits to small country villages and hamlets, avoiding contact with big crowds and large groups.
